Arrival – Departure

On the day of departure we will make the room available to you until 10:00 a.m. We ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 4:00 p.m. Adults-only concept: Since we are an adult hotel and peace and relaxation are our priority, the minimum age for a stay with us at SCHÜLE'S is 16 years.

Room reservations

It is not possible to book a specific room or a room on a specific floor. If you would like to book a double room for single occupancy, we charge a surcharge of €25.00 till €45,00. For suites we charge €70.00. If a room is occupied in the case of an emergency, for example as a result of illness, we reserve the right to change the reservation.

Payment

The settlement of the bill between the hotel and the guest takes place upon departure. You will receive separate invoices for accommodations and services Payment in duplicate at the end of your stay. The therapeutic services will be settled according to page 38 and 39 of our price list regardless of any refundable maximum costs. We reserve the right to adjust the prices on short notice as a result of special circumstances. The medical fees from our doctors are calculated according to the GOÄ (German scale of Medical fees).

Meals not consumed

Please understand that we cannot refund the costs of meals which are not consumed.

Early booker rebate

We offer a discount of 1% per day and person for reservations made 6 months in advance of the arrival date. The time period between November 1 and January 2 is excluded from this offer.

Payment

If your stay is longer than 14 days, we ask you pay a down payment of 50% in cash, with a crossed cheque, by bank transfer, by EC debit card or credit card (VISA/MasterCard).

Sanatorium

The Sanatorium at SCHÜLE’S Gesundheitsresort & Spa is a state-approved private clinic according to § 30 GeWo (commercial code) and fulfills the requirements according to § 107 SGB V par. 2 for the implementation of in-patient medical treatments and is, as such, eligible for subsidies. Primarily, the following indications are treated: cardio-vascular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, psychosomatic and vegetative disorders, metabolic disorders. The medical direction is under the supervision of Dr. Jan Tauscher. The lowest daily rate is €165.00 per person in a double room and €168.00 in a single room, both with full board. If a package is booked, it is not possible to provide separate invoices for board costs, cure remedies, or medical procedures. 

Cancellation

Free cancellation is dependent on the length of the booked rate and stay with the exception of Season, New Year's Eve and Christmas. If a reserved room is not used or if a guest leaves prematurely, we charge 80-90% of the agreed upon price for the duration of the confirmed reservation in the case that the room cannot be re-occupied. We recommend that guests take out travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to provide you with further information.

Pets

Please understand that pets are not allowed.

Parking

There is sufficient parking at the hotel. A parking space in the spacious parking garage can be booked for €10.00.

Smoking

In the interest of our guest's health, SCHÜLE’S Gesundheitsresort & Spa is a non-smoking hotel.

Christmas

A special gala program awaits our guests in the Christmas and New Year's season.  The prices for the Christmas/New Year's season can be found in the price section of our price list. We require a down payment of 25 % of the full price for reservations for this time period.
